I have been going to Inna for a year and am extremely pleased with the results of her work, her office, and her professionalism. Prior to beginning with her, I saw someone near NYC for over six months at nearly twice the price with minimal improvements and a lot of hyper-pigmentation from burns due to high settings. On our first appointment, Inna suggested a change to my regimen and the results were dramatic! I trust her professional opinion completely. Additionally, she was very honest in telling me when I needed fewer sessions and those of a shorter duration. She is always accessible and works to accommodate her clients' scheduling needs. Despite the process of electrolysis being slightly painful, I actually look forward to my appointments with her!! Without any hesitation I would absolutely recommend her.

I have worked with a half dozen electrologists. Inna Katz and Absolute Electrology are one of the best in the business. They have 27Mhz technology, which makes a huge difference. It is faster and less painful. Inna takes time to understand her clients' needs and is clearly devoted to high-quality work.
Where I give most others 3 stars, Inna gets 5.

Suffered through waxing and plucking my eyebrows for years. it was tedious and time consuming. found this electrologist not to far from where i live and it was the best decision i have made in while. i was nervous at first because i thought it was going to be unbearably painful, but to my pleasant surprise i survived :) the electrologist was a true joy to work with. explained the process fully and answered all of my questions without any problems. i defiantly recommend Absolute Electrology to everyone who has unwanted hairs!!!!!!!

I've been struggling with unwanted hair for many years and became tired of waxing, threading, and shaving. I finally decided to try electrology and came to Absolute Electrology since it was close to my house. The electrologist was wonderful and explained everything in detail. I have been going to her for about 5 months now and I have seen a significant reduction in my unwanted hair. I plan to continue going to her for the remainder of my sessions. The electrologist is truly a pleasure to work with and definitely has her client's best interest in mind. I recommend her to everyone wanting to remove their unwanted hairs.

My mom and myself have been coming to Absolute Electrology for about a year and a half now, and we have seen significant results! My mom used to come on a weekly basis, and now, she only has to come every 3 weeks to get just a few hairs removed. Soon enough, she won't be coming at all. Since I have a larger area of hair to be removed, it's taking me some time, however, there is a LOT less hair on my face then there was before. The electrologist is a wonderful person. I always look forward to going back because she has such a great personality! I definitely recommend her because she is true to her word, and you will definitely see the results!

I have been coming to Absolute Electrology for a little over two months now and couldn't be a happier customer. I was a bit nervous at first because I have never had anything like this done before. However, during the initial visit the electrologist thoroughly explained the procedure, the mechanism of the hair removal using the electrolysis machine, post treatment side effects, and the maintenance process. I was very impressed with the electrologist's amount of knowledge in the subject matter. I felt at ease right away. The place is very cozy and the utensils are always sterile. Everything is thoroughly cleaned. My skin is cleaned before every procedure and maintained well after. During the process, the electrologist makes you feel very comfortable by always engaging in conversation. It helps to take your mind off the slight discomfort you feel during the treatment. Additionally, I noticed a significant change in my hair growth pattern and I couldn't be happier. My visits have decreased from twice a week to once a week. I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and the hair on my face used to be black and coarse. Plucking did absolutely nothing besides irritate my skin. Ever since I started electrolysis the growth is now minimum and the hair that still grows back is much softer and lighter. Overall, I recommend this place and process to others. Very satisfied!
